Lean in a non-production environment?

Traditionally, Lean is often applied in manufacturing, but leancommerce also has a lot of experience in successfully applying lean tools in commercial or administrative environments such as marketing, CRM, sales, call centers, KYC and other back office environments.

Tool as a tool

The use of a tool is determined by the problem and the cause of the problem. That is why we often start by setting up daily management and problem solving. Call or email for more information about this and how you can and want to use us: as a change agent, as a coach, as a consultant or as a trainer.

Lean Thinking

Using tools only to solve a problem, not as an end in itself: Daily Management, Visual management, Performance dialogue, Problem Solving, Change management, 5S, A3, Jidoka, Standard Work, Kaizen events, SMED, Kanban, POUS, Flow, Pull, Waste, PDCA, Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping.
